Unfortunately Drive Yello only provides local delivery services limited to a 30km radius from the pickup location.
If you're a business with existing drivers and looking for fleet management software, Drive Yello can help you regardless of your location or delivery distance.
With our ASAP delivery option, you can request a courier to collect your package almost immediately. Our system will allocate the closest available courier to your location and provide you with an estimated time of arrival. You can have a courier dispatched to pick up your package within minutes of making the request.
Our available delivery options include: ASAP Deliveries, Same-Day Delivery, Next Day+.
In addition, we offer a shift service that allows businesses to book a designated courier for a block of a few hours. If you already have drivers, our software can help you efficiently manage your fleet and ensure customer satisfaction.
The majority of our couriers use typical passenger cars, either sedans or SUVs. These types of vehicles are great for deliveries in urban areas.
We also have bike and motorbike riders which are great for deliveries in areas with heavy traffic. For larger or bulkier deliveries, we have couriers who use vans.
During the onboarding process, couriers undergo extensive training on our policies, processes, and procedures. They also receive training on safe driving practices, customer service, and the use of our technology platform.
We only allow couriers with a clean police check and valid documents, such as a driver's license and vehicle insurance, to join our platform.
The cost of your delivery will vary based on the distance between your pickup and the delivery location, and the type of items being transported.
